Trust & Evidence
Becoming Alpha’s Launch Intelligence Infrastructure is designed to equip financial institutions with source-linked venture evidence, defined review records and reporting context. Connect token-launch diligence to your own governance, compliance and risk requirements, then retain the basis for approvals and continuing oversight.
Your institution sets its risk appetite, determines its applicable obligations and remains accountable to its board, shareholders, regulators and other stakeholders.
Explore the detail
Start with the questions your institution answers before participation. The examples here are illustrative; your institution defines its own review. The intended tools connect those questions to evidence, review responsibility and continuing reporting within an agreed scope.
Set the review around the proposed token activity, its permissibility for your institution and your risk appetite. Your teams may examine, for example, the issuer and its conflicts of interest, the token’s legal status, rights and economics, custody arrangements, smart-contract authority, security reviews, cross-chain dependencies, and valuation and liquidity. The evidence design is intended to connect available source documents to those questions and to unresolved conditions, helping your teams identify what supports the case and what further investigation they require.
Define the jurisdictions, activities and counterparties relevant to your review; requirements differ between them. Request the material your teams need, for example for identity and beneficial-ownership checks, sanctions and financial-crime controls, the licensing status of service providers, disclosures and any supervisory notification. The compliance design is intended to link the requirements your institution specifies to supporting evidence under defined access. Your institution interprets the rules, determines applicability, including any prudential classification, capital and liquidity treatment, and decides whether its obligations are met.
Establish who may inspect each record and how the material can enter your own systems. Source attribution, versions and review history are designed to support examination of evidence quality. Agree confidentiality, permitted handling and retention arrangements before use. Your third-party and technology risk teams can assess Becoming Alpha as a provider, with its controls and their verification status set out in Security & Assurance, and identify the additional records or handling conditions your information-governance process requires.
Keep the evidence considered, responsible participants, rationale and outstanding conditions connected to each decision. The reporting design is intended to carry relevant changes and exceptions into subsequent review, giving your teams context to draw on for management and board oversight and for the explanations your institution prepares for shareholders, regulators and other stakeholders. Your institution sets approvals, escalation thresholds, reporting formats and submission responsibilities.

Read the basis
Institutional review continues from the initial proposal through approval conditions and ongoing oversight. Each stage needs a defined scope, named responsibility and an evidence trail your teams can examine.
Set the proposed activity, risk appetite and information needs of business, risk, compliance, legal and technical teams. Identify required reviews, approval owners and the supporting material needed before a decision.
Retain the evidence, participants, rationale and conditions considered in your institution’s decision. Record missing material and follow-up responsibility, so the basis of approval remains available for committee and management review.
Examine material changes, disclosures, incidents and outstanding conditions against the earlier decision record. Your institution sets reporting frequency, escalation criteria and the additional material needed for its internal and external accountability.
Responsibility and context
The institution determines the suitability of information for its mandate, diligence and decision process. Particular outputs require appropriate access and evidence of their current availability. Their use remains subject to the relevant terms, scope and disclosures, with interpretation and decisions assigned to the responsible institution and participants.
Questions and context
These are the intended reporting types. Examine the current evidence, access conditions and Progress & Roadmap for the particular capability or material relevant to your review.
Contact Becoming Alpha to discuss the information and access requirements of your institution’s process. Any proposed engagement needs an agreed scope and appropriate handling arrangements.
Your institution makes that determination through its own diligence and governance procedures. The intended records preserve the basis, context and history needed to support that review.
