ConnectedDelivery

A security review, engineering deliverable or disclosure assignment addresses a defined venture need. The professional’s scope, submitted work and acceptance outcome remain connected, preserving authorship and the limits of the engagement. Permitted reviewers can examine that contribution in the venture’s evidence history and the provider’s service record. Subsequent use follows the rights and permissions agreed for the work.

DeliveryDiscipline

A useful engagement brings relevant expertise to a clearly defined need. The design connects selection, scope, submitted work and acceptance so the parties can understand the contribution and its outcome.

  1. AgreeScope

Set out the venture need, relevant capability and expected deliverables. Agree milestones, timing, evidence requirements, review responsibility and any remediation window. The provider’s experience informs selection; the engagement terms establish the work the parties intend to deliver and assess.

  2. DeliverWork

Submit the agreed output with its source, version and supporting material. The responsible reviewer records the acceptance outcome and any response needed. Where relevant, the deliverable can also address a venture requirement or support its continuing evidence history, subject to the agreed access and usage rights.

  3. PreserveAttribution

Keep the scope, work and acceptance outcome connected to the provider and venture. That service history gives future counterparties context for examining relevant experience. Settlement follows the engagement’s terms and required conditions; attribution and access follow the permissions attached to the work.

EngagementPriorities

A professional needs relevant work, clear terms and a fair account of their contribution. The design connects those needs to capability information, agreed delivery and a service history that retains its context.

Professionals

Capability Profile

Help a venture understand where your expertise applies. The profile design brings identity, specialties, credentials and prior work into a reviewable context, with their availability and verification state visible. Relevant venture needs inform discovery. Each engagement still requires the parties to examine fit, conflicts, scope and the terms appropriate to the work.

Professionals

Scoped Delivery

Agree what success means for the engagement. Define the deliverables, milestones, supporting evidence and person responsible for acceptance, including any remediation process. The intended record keeps that agreement beside the submitted work and review outcome. Where appropriate, a deliverable can support the venture’s evidence history under its confidentiality, publication and diligence rights.

Review record
Submitted material, outcome and required response
Professionals

Contribution History

Keep your authorship and the accepted scope visible. The intended service record connects the work, parties, outputs and review outcome, giving a prospective counterparty context for examining your experience. Permissions govern what can be shared. Payment follows the engagement agreement, while any separate program recognition depends on its own eligibility and evidence conditions.

ProfessionalResponsibility

AgreedScope

Define the deliverable, proof format and person responsible for reviewing it.

RecordedAcceptance

Keep the submitted work and review outcome with the engagement record.

ApplicableTerms

Payment, remediation, permissions and obligations follow the relevant agreement.

The professional and counterparty agree the engagement and retain responsibility for its work, terms and applicable obligations. Discovery and participation depend on eligibility and available opportunities. Settlement follows the relevant acceptance and payment conditions. Any incentive recognition requires its own program basis, with non-transferable, spend-only conditions applying to ALPHA Incentive Credits.

FurtherDetail

Which delivery arrangements can be described?

The source design provides for defined packages, time-based work, milestones and retainers. The selected arrangement needs a clear scope, supporting evidence and an agreed acceptance process appropriate to the work being commissioned.

How does the record support subsequent engagements?

A provider profile and service history bring credentials, previous contributions and acceptance records into context. Prospective counterparties assess their relevance to a new scope under the applicable access conditions. Each engagement requires its own agreement.

How do service payments and incentive credits work?

Platform service settlement uses ALPHA under the agreed engagement terms. An eligible contribution may also qualify for recognition under a program. ALPHA Incentive Credits have separate non-transferable, spend-only conditions, with eligibility and use determined by the applicable rules.
