SEVEN PERMISSIONED WORK SURFACES

CoordinatedParticipation

Workspaces connect founders, investors, professionals, partners and influencers & media through role-specific work and a shared, permissioned evidence record.

Seven work surfaces organize the activities behind that participation, from venture preparation and professional delivery to collaboration, diligence and communication. Each surface serves a defined purpose, with access shaped by identity, role and permission. The Evidence Model preserves the context connecting their contributions.

WorkSurfaces

Select a work surface to explore its purpose, the activities it supports and the record it contributes.

Workspaces

Venture Launch

Venture Launch is designed to guide a team from initial setup through launch and continuing stewardship. Work is organized into phases, tasks and review gates, each connected to the records it requires. Founders and permitted contributors can see the purpose of a step, prepare its evidence and understand the requirements still awaiting review.

Work focus
Tasks, artifacts, gates and reporting
Record contribution
A versioned history of venture work, evidence submissions, gate decisions and follow-up actions.
Workspaces

Professional Services

Professional Services is designed to connect venture needs with scoped professional engagements. The workflow brings provider credentials, proposals, milestones and acceptance conditions into one place, so everyone involved understands the work and how delivery will be assessed. Submitted work products can contribute to the venture record, with the provider, acceptance decision and relevant evidence attached.

Work focus
Scope, milestones and acceptance conditions
Record contribution
An attributable delivery record connecting the provider, work products, milestones and acceptance history.
Workspaces

Professional Network

Professional Network is designed to connect people, ventures and organizations around their roles, capabilities and participation. Profiles, discovery, venture updates and conversations provide context for a relationship before work begins. Connections and communication follow permissions, while links to venture progress and relevant evidence help participants understand who is involved and what their contribution concerns.

Work focus
Professional relationships and contribution
Record contribution
Identity-linked relationships and participation history, with evidence references where relevant.
Workspaces

Partner Collaboration

Partner Collaboration is designed to give ventures and ecosystem organizations a shared place to develop integrations, research and other joint initiatives. Participants define the objective, responsibilities and information they can exchange, then connect communication and work products to that scope. Partner-issued statements can document a specific contribution, with its issuer, coverage and validity period visible.

Work focus
Defined interfaces and party responsibilities
Record contribution
A collaboration history connecting participants, agreed objectives, work products and attributable partner statements.
Workspaces

Investor Diligence

Investor Diligence is designed to support investment teams and permitted collaborators through evidence review, questions and decision documentation. The workflow connects venture records with their sources, versions and review status, alongside the questions those records raise. A decision can retain its rationale and supporting material, providing context for subsequent reporting, material changes and ongoing monitoring.

Work focus
Evidence, questions and decision context
Record contribution
An attributable diligence history linking evidence, questions, responses and the institution’s own decision context.
Workspaces

Compliance Intelligence

Compliance Intelligence is designed to help participants research the regulatory material relevant to their activities and jurisdictions. The research view brings legislation, regulator publications and source versions together with their status and effective dates. Cited passages give teams a basis for informed questions, while legal interpretation and compliance determinations remain with the responsible participants and their qualified advisers.

Work focus
Research and questions for qualified advisers
Record contribution
Source passages and references carrying jurisdiction, version, status and effective-date context.

Community Visibility

Community Visibility is designed to organize public communication and participation around documented venture activity. Creators, media and venture teams work from campaign briefs that identify eligible participation, deliverables, disclosures and measurement. Content can link to the supporting venture record, while submitted material and disclosure records preserve what was communicated, by whom and in which campaign.

Work focus
Eligibility, campaigns and disclosures
Record contribution
An attributable communication record linking campaign scope, published material, disclosures and supporting evidence.

Does each surface have a separate evidence record?

The architecture connects contributions through a shared Evidence Model. Access remains governed by the permissions and purpose applicable to each participant.

What determines access?

Identity, role and applicable access conditions shape the information and actions available. Some material is public; other material requires permission or restricted access.

How can I discuss participation?
